The 26th APR Scout Jamboree will be held at the Makiling National Scout Reservation Camp, in Mt. Makiling, Los Banos, Laguna, Philippines to be hosted by the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP). Mount Makiling is located in the province of Laguna on the island of Luzon, Philippines. It is an inactive volcano, which rises to 1,090 m above sea level. Here, participants can dwell on the numerous spas that utilise the hot water from thermal springs and enjoy the botanic gardens and the local food which are both worth a visit and a try.

In the past, Makiling has been the venue of the 10th World Jamboree, held in 1959. It was the first World Jamboree ever held in Asia which was attended by 12,000 Scouts from 69 countries including a carefully selected contingent of 105 from the UK. The last 25th APR Scout Jamboree, held in Sattahip, Thailand, from 28 December 2005 to 3 January 2006, has gathered over 10,000 Scouts from 36 countries.
